A father and mothers contacted DRZ after discovering that their son was being subject to repeated physical beatings by older students at a private school. The school permitted older students of higher rank to supervise and discipline younger students. However, the school did little to train, supervise, or screen the older students. As a result, the younger boy was subject to being repeatedly punched, kicked, beaten, and hazed. After DRZ became involved, the school quickly agreed to compensate the former student.
